PVC Bathroom Vanities:Constructed using high-density, dual-skin PVC board. Structural integrity is achieved through precision grooving and a seamless, six-sided molding process. Surfaces feature an anti-fingerprint finish, complemented by stainless steel hinges and lacquered hardware tracks; mirror clarity is enhanced via magnetron sputtering coating technology.
Stainless Steel Bathroom Vanities: Fabricated from 0.8mm-thick 304 stainless steel sheet metal through processes such as shearing, stamping, bending, and welding. High-end models utilize precision seamless welding techniques, resulting in a robust, waterproof structure with all-stainless-steel hardware.
Engineered Solid Wood Vanities: Premium models utilize multi-layer solid wood boards as the substrate and feature standard PUR edge banding on all four sides. The back panel matches the cabinet body's thickness and employs an inset connection method; this avoids grooving that could compromise the side panels' seal, thereby significantly enhancing moisture resistance.
